North Korea is Believed to have up to 60 Nuclear Weapons, South Korea says

SEOUL, South Korea — North Korea is estimated to have up to 60 nuclear weapons, a top South Korean official told lawmakers Monday.

Unification Minister Cho Myoung-gyon's remarks are Seoul's first public comment about the size of Kim Jong Un's secrecy-clouded weapons arsenal.
